Working with ClinicAI

These terms describe how we engage, deliver, and support AI automations for clinics. They complement the specific scope of work we share through DocuSign.

1. Services

ClinicAI provides software, automations, and integrations focused on administrative workflows for healthcare providers. We do not offer medical advice or diagnostic services.

2. Payment schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects follow a 40% deposit (USDT TRC-20 or other crypto) to start and 60% on production handover. Alternative arrangements can be discussed for enterprise procurement.

3. Deliverables

Source code repositories, prompt libraries, and infrastructure configurations.
Documentation covering flows, prompts, integration steps, and operating procedures.
Training sessions or Loom walkthroughs for your team, plus 30 days of hypercare.

4. Third-party services

Costs for third-party providers (for example Twilio, WhatsApp, SendGrid, Calendly, DocuSign) are billed directly by those providers. Accounts remain in your name; we assist with setup and integration.

5. Maintenance

We include 30 days of post-launch support at no additional cost. Optional 12-month maintenance (bug fixes, Q&A, minor tweaks) is available for $500 per project.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
